About Attorney Jonathan S. Schwartz

Managing partner Jonathan S. Schwartz is an experienced Miami traffic ticket attorney, and has been practicing law for over 27 years. Before graduating from Tulane Law School in 1985, he studied psychology and language at University of Chicago, and linguistics at Wesleyan College. He has studied and practiced in numerous areas of the law, and has defended thousands of clients charged with speeding, DUI, and other automotive violations. 

Outside of his practice, Jonathan—alongside his wife, Nowa—is an active philanthropist, international conservationist, and multicultural theological scholar. He is a graduate of the All Faiths Seminary and an ordained Interfaith minister licensed to perform interfaith and commitment ceremonies. In 1995 he and his wife created Nowa's Ark, a 50-acre virgin botanical reserve and retreat in the Peruvian Amazon, and have supported many of the families who administer the retreat.

About Attorney Jody Baker

Jody Baker, Esquire, is a proud graduate of the University of Miami Law School, having graduated in May of 2011. Prior to that she obtained her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Delaware in Psychology where she was on the Dean's list for 4 semesters and earned a Certificate of Distinction for 3 straight years. She began her legal career working as a Judicial Intern for Judges Scott M. Bernstein and Judith Kreeger in the Family Court Division in the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida. She then moved on to work as a Certified Legal Intern for the Office of the Public Defender. There, she did jury trials, argued motions, did arraignments and participated in all aspects of the representation of criminal defendants on domestic violence cases.

Thereafter, she worked as a contract attorney for 3 attorneys in South Florida: Frances Barrera, Patrick McGeehan, and Richard J. Preira. She is a member of the Broward County Bar Association, the Dade County Bar Association, the American Bar Association and was recently admitted to practice in Federal Court in the Southern District of Florida. She has been representing dozens of clients on traffic cases every week, and is already in court representing many clients charged with misdemeanors, felonies and DUIs.
